Happy Valley, OR (PRWEB) June 28, 2012
For nearly 7 years, eco-fashion e-tailor FaeriesDance.com has resided in Los Angeles, CA. Their warehouse was in a residential area and local ordnance did not allow them to have customers onsite. This May, owner Adrienne Catone finally made a long sought-after move north. With the business growing and demand for organically grown, fairly made fashions on the rise, FaeriesDance.com needed more space.
Portland, Oregon, known for its lush green space and dedication to sustainability, was the perfect fit for their expansion. For Adrienne, a long-time vegan, the extensive vegan restaurant options in Portland were an added bonus. At the moment, the inventory is set up in temporary quarters while a warehouse is being built on the property of her new home. Her new residence has the perfect space for a warehouse where an older garage already existed along with a concrete slab for parking, minimizing the loss of vegetation.
The new “digs” will be 1960 square feet, nearly twice the size of their LA floor plan. The best part says Catone, is that Happy Valley will allow a small number of customers onsite each day. “In LA, we had people calling us weekly asking if they could come by and try on clothing, especially the organic bras which require a more specific fit. We’re so happy to finally be able to accommodate local customers.” The warehouse is set to be complete at the end of August. Follow them on Facebook to keep up with its progress.
