Twenty years in the making, Entelechy launched its unique development program for leaders in 2013. The program, titled Unleash Your Leadership Potential (ULP), is based on twenty years of research, customization, and refinement as the company created management and leadership programs for scores of clients including DIRECTV, MediaOne, KONE, Convergys, MasTech AT, the State of New Hampshire, Kawasaki Motors Manufacturing, and many others.
“Over 22 years of creating leadership programs for a variety of organizations in many industries, we’ve learned what works – and what doesn’t,” explains Terence Traut, President of Entelechy. “To make leadership training stick, you need to address many elements.” Donna Iacopucci, Executive VP of Client Relations at Entelechy, elaborates, “Content is important – and ULP has award-winning content.
