Etiket announced today the launch of a series of bilingual videos produced by Intervista Films to take their customers behind the scenes in the beauty world. The Etiket Insider YouTube Channel is the latest vehicle from Etiket to ensure that the beauty customer is able to have the latest information on skin care, hair care, perfume, and make-up.
“With many exclusive and emerging brands, I saw the need to be able to show our customers who and what these brands are all about. Many of the products we carry have an incredible story behind them, and what better way to show our existing and potential customers than through video? At Etiket, we believe in educating our customer and we want to help them learn more about the products that we have,” said Simon Tooley, President of Etiket.
Created by Intervista Films, the Etiket Insider videos are designed to bring the Etiket experience to customers as well as show them what is behind the products; be it through interviews with the founders of the brands, travelling on location, or "how to" tips about specific products.
“Etiket, like their clients, value innovation. We are seeing a lot of videos these days at all levels and we wanted to be able to give the clients at Etiket something real and authentic,” said Carl Ruscica, Producer at Intervista Films. “We started with a series of in-store videos and then decided to take the idea on the road and recently went to New York City. I see a great potential to show what is going on in beauty from a different perspective, to go behind the scenes to understand and see what as consumers we don’t always get to see.”
The videos shot so far include interviews with natural skin care guru, Tata Harper, the founders of Atelier Cologne, Christophe Cervasel and Sylvie Ganter shot on location in New York, as well as a series of "how to" videos that will be coming out in the coming months. Make-up tips will be showcased with Ariane Lemire, the manager at Etiket and a professional make-up artist, tips on skincare will be with Paule Roussin, the head esthetician, and behind the scenes interviews will be with Natalie Cola, the beauty editor for The Etiket Insider blog, as well as with Simon Tooley.
