ExpertPlan Hires John Farmakis as EVP of Sales, Marketing and Business Development
Farmakis to attend Influencers' Summit 2009 in Washington, D.C. May 5-6, 2009.
East Windsor, NJ (Vocus/PRWEB ) April 29, 2009 -- Leading retirement plan recordkeeper ExpertPlan announces the hiring of John Farmakis as its new Executive Vice President of Sales, Marketing & Business Development effective May 1, 2009. Farmakis will be responsible for all external and internal sales, marketing and business development activities across multiple distribution channels. He will be based in the ExpertPlan headquarters located outside of Princeton, NJ.
Prior to joining ExpertPlan, Farmakis held senior management positions in defined contribution sales and product development at BlackRock; BISYS Retirement Services (now Ascensus); Great-West Life & Annuity Co./FASCorp.; and Automatic Data Processing (ADP) Retirement Services. He also held various sales and management positions at Childcraft Inc. (a subsidiary of the Walt Disney Corp.); and International Business Machines Corp. (IBM).

Farmakis, a resident of Chatham, NJ earned a Bachelor of Science Degree in Political Science and Economics from Williams College in Williamstown, Massachusetts in 1978. He will be attending the Influencers' Summit 2009: DC-IO Partnership in Washington, DC May 5-6, 2009.
