History of the jingle: The Fly Creek Cider Mill Jingle was written by a fun group of people that call themselves the Fly Creek Philharmonic. During an evening rehearsal they sampled Fly Creek goodies and developed the lyrics and applied them to the score “Wait for the Wagon” by R. Bishop Buckley. An immediate hit the Jingle is known to many that tour the Mill.

Jingle Lyrics:
When your sweeties gloomy and your family’s in a fix
Go straight to the Fly Creek Cider Mill built in 1856
Where the days just move more slowly and life is true and real
Where cider is made the old-fashioned way, with a turbine water wheel
Apples and Cider! Apples and Cider! Apples and Cider at the Fly Creek Cider Mill
It stands on the banks of a winding creek behind a lovely pond
Where you and the ducks and the geese can gaze, at the gentle hills beyond
Eat ginger snaps and doughnuts, and apples by the score
Then have some fudge and some fine cheese, and go right back for more!
Apples and Cider! Apples and Cider! Apples and Cider at the Fly Creek Cider Mill
…. At the Fly Creek Cider Mill……..
