A butter-poached lobster with corn tortilla appetizer and pickled balsamic peach gazpacho were crowd-pleasers, but the Panamanian experience was made complete with shrimp and risotto served in a coconut half, followed by a "Cigarettes and Coffee" - iced coffee served with tobacco-infused whipped cream.
