Auntie Anne's business franchise opportunity receives FranSurvey® Certification. The most recent survey report from Auntie Anne's franchisees resulted in its certification for the second consecutive year.

Lincoln, NE (PRWEB) November 20, 2007 -- The Auntie Anne's business franchise has been FranSurvey Certified® for the second consecutive year. "Auntie Anne's continues to obtain ratings from their franchisees that are among the highest in the industry," says Jeff Johnson, founder/CEO of FranSurvey. "Franchisees don't lie. If you want to know if a franchise opportunity is a great deal, simply ask the franchisees. Franchisee success is due in large part to the franchise company providing expert guidance and assistance to their franchisees."

Ninety-eight percent of franchisees rated Auntie Anne's overall quality as either 'Excellent,' 'Very Good' or 'Good' and 97 percent stated that they would recommend the franchise opportunity to a prospective franchisee (combined responses of 'Definitely,' 'Very Likely' or 'Probably').

High franchisee-satisfaction is a key indicator of the franchisor's ability to deliver key support services to franchisees. This signifies a documented commitment to supporting and assisting franchisees. It's the best assurance you can get that a potential business franchise investment is a good one.

FranSurvey Certification places Auntie Anne's as an elite Franchisee-Approved® franchise opportunity. Every certification requires four important criteria. The certification process involves soliciting responses from every franchisee and completing a confidential survey from a minimum of 70 percent of the franchisees. The results must meet or exceed a baseline score for seven selected questions and the company must survey their franchisees on an annual basis. The FranSurvey process involves rigorous standards and serious methodology.
