Government organizations and the military can now procure North America Traffic products on the GSA Advantage! Web site by searching for contract number GS-03F-0152V.

North America Traffic manufactures and distributes eight different models of portable traffic signals that run on solar power and are easy to transport and set up. The signals are used for control of traffic at checkpoints, two-way traffic in a single lane on construction sites, traffic control at four-way intersections, ramp metering and construction haul road crossings.

"Our partnership with GSA serves as a reliable one-stop resource for federal and military agencies to access traffic control systems," says Peter Vieveen, president of North America Traffic.

After completion of an extensive application process, all North America Traffic products were approved by GSA and became available on their exclusive product list on August 3, 2009.

About North America Traffic
North America Traffic was launched as R.C. Flagman in 1993 when Peter Vieveen built the world's first Remote Controlled Flagman™ out of his garage. At the time, Mr. Vieveen was a senior estimator in the construction industry with over 25 years of construction experience. He understood the importance of reducing costs while increasing safety. North America Traffic now operates a full production facility, and its products have been used on over 3,000 projects across North America. Today, it is the world leader in traffic control systems, with 8 different models of portable traffic signals and flagging systems to meet all traffic control needs.
