Gate Precast Company has named Travis Fox as Vice President, Operations Manager for its architectural and structural precast concrete manufacturing plant in Oxford, NC.
Fox has performed a vital role for Gate Construction Materials Group, which operates eight architectural and structural manufacturing facilities, since he joined the company in 1997 as Controller for Gate Precast, Oxford, NC after starting his career with Metric Constructors in 1993.
In 2003, he was named to his most recent position as Vice President / Business Manager for Gate Construction Materials Group, which is headquartered in Jacksonville, FL.
Fox holds a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Accounting from North Carolina State and is a CPA in North Carolina. He currently serves as co-chair of the Financial Performance / Risk Management committee for the Precast/Prestressed Concrete Institute (PCI).

The Oxford, NC facility is currently working on the precast design and production of another iconic structure — the second phase of Glenstone Museum in Potomac, MD., designed by New York architect Tom Phifer.
