Two of Gaylord Opryland's notable restaurants are offering Valentine's Day specials for lovers passionate about food. Old Hickory Steakhouse, winner of the "Most Romantic Dinner" and "Best Wait Staff" distinctions by the readers of At Home Tennessee, will serve a remarkable Chateaubriand for two, including butter-poached grass-fed beef with roasted new potatoes, wilted spinach in a red wine cassis sauce and a gourmet chocolate dessert.
