Compliant will be moved into General's new state-of-the-art, 30,000 square foot plant in East Troy, Wisconsin. The acquisition will allow General Finishes to further penetrate the industrial finishing market with Compliant's Enduro industrial wood finishing products and to better serve the furniture finishing, auto body, and architectural coating industries with 3M AccuSpray HVLP spray gun equipment.
