Working within its corporate and social responsibility platform, Manwin group of companies, and Brazzers are proud to launch Get Rubber! The new campaign is part of an on-going initiative encouraging the practice of safe sex.
Easily the largest producers of adult material in the world, and with over 30 million viewers visiting its network of sites on a daily basis, Manwin and Brazzers aim to help spread the safe sex message to the masses.
This is a turning point, a truly historic moment in the billion-dollar adult industry. Never has a producer of adult content supported, funded and promoted a global campaign supporting safe sex … until now.
The website http://www.getrubber.com was launched on October 13th, 2010. On the same day, a billboard carrying the Get Rubber! message was unveiled in New York City, on 7th Avenue, to support the cause.
The website and billboard are part of several philanthropic activities Manwin and Brazzers are taking part in. They have also made sizeable donations to amfAR, UNAIDS, AVERT, The Women’s Collective and WORLD (http://www.womenhiv.org), and fully funded the creation of multiple public service announcements.
These PSAs are available on http://www.getrubber.com, as well as popular social media sites, and underline the importance of practicing safe sex. These messages will also be used as pre-roll on all Brazzers DVDs, serving as a reminder to viewers of how critical it is to practice safe sex.
This is the first of many international charitable ventures Manwin and Brazzers will be taking part in. In the months to come, many new campaigns supporting the cause will be launched as part of continuous philanthropic activities.
