Golden Valley, MN. (PRWEB) September 20, 2012

Kris Lindahl is a top Golden Valley Short Sale Agent, and has just produced and released another short sale video to add to the Short Sale Video series that he has been producing and releasing over the past few weeks. “The Internet is the best way to reach the most amount of people,” Kris Lindahl says, “That is why I have been producing and releasing short sale videos that explain how the short sale process is handled by different banks.”

“The first step is finding an experienced Chase Short Sale Agent,” explains Kris Lindahl. “Once you Find an experienced Chase Short Sale Agent, you will then list your property with them. The Chase Short Sale Agent will then market the property to find a buyer. Once a buyer is found, it is time to sign the purchase agreement, as long as all the terms are agreed upon in the purchase agreement.”

The Golden Valley Short Sale Agent, Kris Lindahl explains, “There are some forms that are required to be submitted with the offer, which include bank statements, pay stubs, a hardship letter, letter of Authorization, taxes, W2’s, and any Chase Bank addendums that are required to do the short sale. Then fax this information to 866-220-4130.”

Kris Lindahl then says, “From there the file will be assigned to a processor. The processor will order a BPO, and make sure that all the documents that were submitted are okayed by them. Then the file will be passed onto a final negotiator, who will negotiate the number that they will accept for the property, then the negotiator will submit the file for approval. The negotiator will also issue the approval letter.”

“At that point it will be moved over to the closing department, where a final closer within chase will be assigned,” Kris Lindahl says, and then adds “That is basically how the Chase Short Sale Process works.”

Kris Lindahl thoroughly covers all aspects of the short sale process, in the newly published comprehensive “Homeowners Guide To Short Sales” book. “The Kris Lindahl team of experienced short sale agents can quickly handle any Minnesota short sale, or a homeowner looking for a Wisconsin short sale should visit the WisconsinShortSaleCalculator.com website,” Kris Lindahl says.
