Kirkland Uncorked, the regional festival of Art, Style and Taste is just weeks away. The festival welcomes guests to Marina Park in downtown Kirkland July 17-19 with a decedent display of the best of art, food, wine and music from the Pacific Northwest. Senses will go into overdrive transforming guests into cultural and culinary experts.
Uncorked will transform the shores of Lake Washington into an elite Gastropub evoking guests "inner chef." Rub elbows with the Northwest's culinary elite during premier restaurant samplings, grilling demonstrations and the infamous head-to-head grilling competition.
Top Chef's will grace Uncorked with their tasting masterpieces inside the Tasting and Lifestyle Garden. Attendee's of Kirkland Uncorked will gain insightful cooking tips and techniques demonstrated by five Chefs' during all three days of the event. The line-up includes:
Guests will also have the opportunity to witness three grilling masters battle it out in an exciting grilling competition held on Saturday at 5pm. The competition brings culinary masterminds Chef Aaron Balimont of The Oceanaire Seafood Room, Chef Franz Junga of Il Fornaio, and Chef Scott Lents of bin on the lake restaurant and wine bar to fight for the title of Grilling Master.
