The National Shrimp Festival Celebrates its 37th Anniversary in Gulf Shores, AL

Gulf Shores, AL (PRWEB) September 20, 2008 -- The 37th Annual National Shrimp Festival will be held October 9th-12th along the beautiful beaches of Gulf Shores Alabama. "In addition to soaking up the sun and relaxing on Alabama's famous Gulf Coast beaches, attendees have the opportunity to savor delectable seafood, enjoy live entertainment and view fine arts and crafts from over 200 artists". The course, which runs beside the Gulf of Mexico and Alabama's Gulf State Park's Lake Shelby, is flat and offers a great opportunity for runners of all skill levels. Age group prizes will be awarded for 1st, 2nd, and 3rd place and every runner will receive a t-shirt.
