Hotze Enterprises, a world leader in the alternative healthcare industry, hosted its inaugural awards celebration on Friday, recognizing the Hotze Enterprises Performance Scorecard (HEPS) achievements in 2012.
HEPS contains four key strategic pillars, which include building the finest team, delivering extraordinary guest service, growth and financial success.
Within the finest team pillar, each department received an average of 118 percent on their department metrics and an average rating of 4.7 out of 5 possible points by guests of Hotze Enterprises.
In the extraordinary guest service pillar, the company received a consolidated net promoter score (NPS) of 71 percent and an average of 4.74 out of 5 possible points for guest surveys. In the growth pillar, Hotze Health & Wellness Center’s medical team was able to serve 1,272 new guests in 2012, surpassing the goal of 1,248.
Within the financial success pillar, 19 out of 20 percent profitability was achieved.
