Part of the success of CompareHRIS.com has been due to the fact that the President, Clay C. Scroggin, worked in the US HR software industry for more than 15 years. This experience was required in order to create the site's comprehensive HRIS selection tool and the tremendous amount of helpful HR technology articles found on the site. Scroggin is highly confident HRcomparison.com will be equally successful since its owner Denis Barnard has over 30 years of HR experience and 20 years of experience working with HR software systems in Europe. Since 2000, Denis has been co-owner of HRmeansbusiness Ltd, a successful highly-regarded HR consultancy that has handled projects, provided advice and interim management across all sectors in the UK. This experience will serve Denis, participating vendors, and the European HR community well.
HRcomparison.com has already signed on 14 vendors to participate on the site including tier one HR technology player NorthgateArinso. HRcomparison.com will be the UK's first comparison site dedicated to Human Resources and HR related suppliers. Vendors will welcome the site as not just a lead generator, but also as a resource for prospects to learn more about the process of selecting and implementing HR technology.
