Hallmark Cards, Inc., today announced the expansion of the Hallmark Recordable Storybook collection, introducing three new titles to the popular line of gifts.
Hallmark Recordable Storybooks feature voice-capture technology that records the reader’s voice directly into the pages of the Recordable Storybook. When a page is turned, the book automatically plays the text on that page in the reader’s voice.
First introduced during the 2009 holiday season with “The Night Before Christmas,” Recordable Storybooks make great alternatives for those who still want to “read” to a child or other loved one, even when they cannot physically be present. Consumer insight has revealed these gifts also can serve as a family keepsake, as the sender’s recorded voice lasts for the life of the Recordable Storybook.
The new titles, now available in Hallmark Gold Crown stores, are as follows:
