• Easy, Accurate Data Collection – Collects Client Contact data for both anonymous and named callers using Harmony’s Information and Referral and Assessment functionality.
• Quick, Reliable Reporting to Centers for Medicare & Medicaid Services (CMS) - Prints individual Client Contact or Public and Media Events forms and exports an entire reporting period’s data to a file that can be directly uploaded to the CMS SHIPtalk.org reporting site.
• Administrative Management – Quickly and easily creates reports for Client Contact, Public and Media Event, and Export data.
• Simultaneous Data Collection for SHIP and NAPIS Reporting - Automatically creates service delivery records based on SHIP data which can be easily included in NAPIS reports using Harmony’s SRT (State Reporting Tool).

The State Health Insurance Assistance Program, or SHIP, is a state-based program that offers local one-on-one counseling and assistance to people with Medicare and their families.
