Attractive Airline and Hotel Rates Offer Travelers Savings
Honolulu (Vocus/PRWEB ) February 20, 2008 -- Savvy travelers planning a spring visit to Hawaii early will find great deals on airfare and hotel accommodations, in addition to an exciting calendar of world-class events to keep them happy during their vacation on the six main Hawaiian Islands – Kauai, Oahu, Lanai, Molokai, Maui, and Hawaii’s Big Island.
Spring is the season for savings when visiting Hawaii. In addition to the islands’ balmy weather, tranquil beaches, and a diversity of activities to experience, there are also numerous specials being offered to make a Hawaii visit a tempting proposition.

While peak season (summer and winter) roundtrip airfares to Hawaii can range from $600 to $1,500 per person, travelers can get to Hawaii for about half the price between February and May on most major carriers serving the islands. A search on travel website Kayak.com shows airfare starting as low as $360 from the west coast and $640 from the east coast during these months.
Spring values at Hawaii’s hotels and resorts provide travelers with lower nightly rates and better availability than during peak travel periods. Historically, daily rates drop an average of $15 to $20 per night during the spring offering significant savings which can then be used to enjoy more activities, attractions, restaurants, and get more shopping done while on vacation.
