Revolutionary housing to rebuild Texas Gulf Coast
New Orleans (PRWEB) December 31, 2008 -- Revolutionary housing technology company, Smart Holdings, LLC and Catastrophe Solutions International of Woodstock, Georgia announce the execution of a Letter of Intent for the purchase of 24 composite housing units for installation in the Ike damaged area of the Bolivar Peninsula, Texas. The units will be configured in an elevated condo fashion offering optimal views of the Gulf. In addition, the complex will feature the development of a Purple Martin colony and emphasis will be on nature and migratory birding. Finally, boutique retail, including local crafts and a notary office will be developed on the property. Proximity to the RanchoCarribe Golf Course is another benefit.

The Letter of Intent will result in the sourcing of 24 composite housing units from Holland and will give CSI the option to purchase an additional 250 US manufactured units through 2012.
