St Hubert's sales team receive orders by fax, phone and email for delivery the next day. The Pro Active telesales team also make outbound calls to ensure high utilisation of the vehicles.

Turnover grew from £9.5m in 2005 to £11.2m in 2006 to a peak of £14m in 2007. Management accounts show sales to November 2008 (8 months) were £9.6m.

Gross profit rose from £2m in 2005 to £2.3m in 2006 and on to almost £2.76 in 2007. Management accounts show £2.2m for the period ending November 2008 (8 Months)

The distribution centre comprises of three units one of which is leased. The two further units are freehold one of which is mortgage free. Two units are 6,000 square feet each the other is 9,000 square feet all with yard space some of which is gated. All three units have office space above. There is parking at the front of the management building.

There are two refrigerated areas of around 3,000 sq ft and a freezer area also circa 3,000 sq ft within the units. The company is EFSIS accredited and operates a fully traceable cool chain.
