Netelligent Corporation's Interact software has achieved certification from The AppExchange, Salesforce.com's on-demand marketplace of approved 3rd party solutions. Companies who use Salesforce.com can now seamlessly connect their customer interactions and data (accounts, contacts and activities), with the entire customer communication infrastructure.
