The event agenda covers a variety of timely topics, including: how to increase the usage of real-time technology among agents, balancing automation with security needs, and ensuring that technology investments deliver expected operational efficiencies and improve the carrier-agent-customer experience. Karen Pauli, research director of insurance of the TowerGroup, will deliver the keynote address and executives from CNA, Chubb Personal Lines, Hanover Insurance, The Hartford, Liberty Mutual Agency Markets, One Beacon and Pekin Insurance Group will also be presenting.
In addition, IVANS is once again teaming up with IIABA's Agents Council for Technology (ACT) and ACORD User Groups Information Exchange (AUGIE) to hold IVANS XChange and the ACT/AUGIE annual meeting back-to-back. After hosting a mix of speakers, panel discussions and product updates on February 11, IVANS will conduct joint industry sessions the morning on February 12 with ACT/AUGIE. In the afternoon, ACT/AUGIE will kick off its meeting and end on February 14. Both events will take place at the Renaissance Tampa Hotel International Plaza.
