Implementix, a nationwide rebranding company, offers a new case study for companies in the banking and financial services industry going through mergers, acquisitions, brand launches and rebranding efforts.

Most of Implementix’s banking and financial services industry clients have been through multiple M&A transactions. The new case study describes how 75 signs at five branch bank locations were converted from the old bank brand to the new one in two days. The bank rebranding case study outlines the bank’s background, challenges faced, proposed solutions, and end results.

“Bank management needs to keep employees focused on systems integration and high-value client retention. By having Implementix handle the multi-branch brand conversion, bank employees spent only eight hours on the rebranding described in the case study,” said Scott McLean, CEO of Implementix.

Implementix used its ix Brand Implementation Management process – Assessment, Value Engineering, Conversion and Automation – to meet the tight deadline. During the Assessment phase, detailed information about physical assets, including photos of exterior signage, was catalogued. Standardized processes were then developed to create signs and other branded assets for all branch locations during the Value Engineering phase, which significantly lowered rebranding costs. During the Conversion phase, new installations and conversions from old brands to new brands were managed and tracked, allowing for real-time progress reports on every physical asset.

In addition to the new case study, Implementix has other bank rebranding resources for banks and financial services companies on its website, including blog posts, videos and a Bank and Financial Services Industry Brand Conversion Checklist. Implementix also provides rebranding resources for a wide range of industries, including healthcare, telecommunications, energy and utilities, hospitality, and food and beverage.
