New York, NY (PRWEB) September 11, 2009 --The S-Network Emerging Infrastructure Builders Index℠ (TICKER: EIBI) will have no constituent changes in its quarterly rebalancing, effective 6:00 PM (EDT) Sunday, September 20, 2009. The current count of 60 index constituents will be maintained.
