Brice will be responsible for leading customer acquisition and existing growth initiatives for clients in the banking, investment and insurance arenas. He will also leverage his expertise in Hoshin Planning and Business Process Management (BPM), having assisted numerous organizations in developing high-level dashboards and process management systems that facilitate project identification and prioritization.

Prior to joining BMGI, Zachery was the global Head of Execution and Deployment for Operational Excellence at Credit Suisse, one of the world's most profitable banks. In this role, he was responsible for the global execution of Operation Excellence, Credit Suisse's name for their Lean Sigma Deployment. Major tasked include establishment of a BPM structure for the business and the execution infrastructure for Deploying OE across the globe, which included training development, knowledge management, benefits tracking and Master Black Belt coaching and mentoring process development. He Supervised BPM and Lean Sigma, which included supervision of all regional operational excellence leaders and Master Black Belts.
During his career, Zachery has worked with companies in financial services, telecommunications, manufacturing, technology and aerospace, as well as the automotive and paper industries.
