Intrinsyc Announces Management Changes
Vancouver, BC (Vocus/PRWEB ) March 23, 2009 -- Intrinsyc Software International, Inc. (TSX: ICS), a leading provider of software solutions for mobile devices, today announced that effective March 31, 2009, Mark Longo has resigned as Vice President of Corporate Development, General Counsel, and Corporate Secretary. Mr. Longo is joining the Vancouver-based law firm of Clark Wilson LLP as a Partner, and in that capacity he will continue to work closely with Intrinsyc, serving as its outside counsel.

Intrinsyc also announced that Chief Financial Officer George Reznik has been appointed Corporate Secretary with oversight of the Investor Relations and Legal functions. Additionally, David Manuel has been appointed as a corporate officer in addition to his current position of Vice President & General Manager of Solutions Engineering.
