"I have fallen down trying to open the shower curtain," said an inventor from Olathe, Kan. "I thought that there had to be a safer, easier way to control the opening and closing of the shower curtain, which led me to develop this convenient system."
She developed the CURTAIN CADDY to provide a simple, easy way to open and close a shower curtain. The design eliminates the need to use a hand to draw the curtain. It prevents the individual from slipping or falling, which reduces the risk of personal injury in order to enhance personal safety. Furthermore, the invention is ideal for use by individuals who are elderly, disabled or have arthritis.
The original design was submitted to the Kansas City office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
