InventHelp, based in Pittsburgh, Pa., is submitting the I PATCH to companies for their review and possible feedback.

An inventor from New York, N.Y., used tea bags on my eyes in order to get rid of dark patches, and he wanted a stabler and more effective way to do this.

Easy to use and producible in design variations, the patent-pending I PATCH enables a user to treat dark patches or puffiness around the eyes. It stabilizes tea bags, crushed ice or cream. As a result, it promotes convenience and enhanced appearance. The accessory also can helps with migraines and headaches.

The original design was submitted to the Manhattan office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
