Based in Pittsburgh, Pa., InventHelp is submitting the PET SHOCK ABSORBER to applicable companies for their review.

"When I used to live by a beach I’d see many walked dogs get their necks jerked due to lunging toward other walked dogs," said an inventor from Houston, Texas. "This inspired me to develop my idea."

The PET SHOCK ABSORBER protects a dog from having its neck jerked while being walked via a leash. This prevents pain and/or injury to the dog and owner, as well as promotes enjoyment and peace of mind. Easy to use and producible in different sizes, it's ideal for all dog owners.

The original design was submitted to the Houston office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
