InventHelp is working to submit this idea, the PLAY & READ, to companies for their consideration.

An inventor, from Windsormill, Md., thought there needed to be a fun way to help children learn to read, so she invented the PLAY & READ.

The PLAY & READ provides an entertaining, new learning tool for young children. In doing so, they offer a more interactive alternative to traditional story books. They also promote language building and word recognition in beginning readers and they enhance educational play. The invention features a unique design that is convenient and easy to use so it is ideal for children ages six and younger. Additionally, the PLAY & READ is producible in design variations and a prototype is available.

The inventor described the invention design. “My design offers an entertaining and engaging alternative to regular children’s books.”

The original design was submitted to the Baltimore office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
