"Law-enforcement personnel need better, more high-tech equipment that can immobilize a target rathern than kill it," said an inventor from Waynesboro, Pa. "I devised this weapon as a way to bring down the target without harming it."
He developed the patent-pending STIK EM UP to provide a less-than-lethal force option. The tool enables a law-enforcement to bring down a target without as much risk of injury. It offers an alternative to using a firearm or other weapon. The device is designed to enhance safety for both the officer and the target. Additionally, it features a compact, easily portable design that is easy to use.
The original design was submitted to the Lancaster office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
