"Many people overcook or burn food because they forget to turn stove burners off," said an inventor from La Palma, Fla., "so I designed a way to prevent this problem."

The STOVE TOP TIMER ensures that food isn’t overcooked or burned while on a stovetop. It also helps prevent damage and accidental fire. Overall, it saves money and promotes good-tasting food, safety and peace of mind.

The original design was submitted to the Orange County office of InventHelp. It is currently available for licensing or sale to manufacturers or marketers.
