Pittsburgh-based InventHelp is working to submit The Dual Tool to appropriate companies for their consideration and potential feedback.

InventHelp®, a leading inventor service company, announces that one of its clients, an inventor from California, has designed a gardening tool that would consist of a combination of a rake and a hoe. This invention is patented.

“The Dual Tool” device could make it easier to complete yard work and eliminate the need for two separate tools. The easy-to-use invention is designed to save time and effort.

The Dual Tool would consist of a combination tool that features a wooden handle and metal fabrication that integrates a rake and a hoe. The tool would resemble a standard metal rake, but would include a brace on the back of the rake’s prongs. The brace would feature two parts that would extend from the head of the rake, and two that would wrap around the sides of the rake. The brace would hold a hoe in place at an approximate 45-degree angle, extending away from the rake’s prongs. The Dual Tool could be producible in various sizes and from different materials.

InventHelp is attempting to submit the invention to companies for review. If substantial interest is expressed, the company will attempt to negotiate for a sale or royalties for the inventor. For more information, telephone Dept. 11-OCC-481 at (800) 851-6030.
