Sprinkler systems, air ducts and plumbing demand anchor bolts and hangers if being installed in concrete ceilings. "Installing hangers manually into concrete ceilings can be a time-consuming, difficult task," said one of two inventors from Etobikoke, Ontario, Canada, "so we designed an easier way of performing this task."
They then created a prototype of the FASTENING TOOL BIT, which facilitates the installation of hangers for sprinkler pipes, duct work, pipes, etc., in a concrete ceiling. It eliminates the need to perform this task manually, saving time and effort. It also promotes safety via better balance on a ladder and avoiding falls. Producible in different sizes, the invention is ideal for plumbers, pipefitters, electricians, HVAC technicians, etc.
