Johnson, Kendall & Johnson (JKJ), a leading insurance brokerage and risk management firm, will host a seminar next week to review steps employers should take now to stay in compliance with health care reform; how to prepare and educate their workforces; and how to determine potential long-term financial impact of these changes.

Stacy H. Barrow, an Associate at Proskauer Rose, LLP who educates employers across the country on the impacts of health care reform, will speak at the seminar. Mr. Barrow is in the Labor & Employment Law Department and a member of the Employee Benefits, Executive Compensation and ERISA Litigation Practice Center, as well as the Health Care Reform Task Force.

JKJ will hold two seminars on April 23, one in the morning and one in the afternoon. The morning seminar for groups with fewer than 50 employees, will include a morning breakfast sponsored by Sun Life and will be at the Homewood Suites Newtown, located at110 Pheasant run, Newtown, PA. The afternoon seminar for groups with over 50 employees, will include a lunch sponsored by Guardian and will take place at Flemings Prime Steakhouse at 555 East Lancaster Avenue, Radnor, PA. Registration will be at 8:30am for the morning seminar, and 12:00pm for the afternoon seminar.
