James Schramko Shares Tips on Increasing Conversions and Taking Advantage of Currency Exchange Rates in Latest News Update

In his latest Internet marketing news update, SuperFastBusiness founder and CEO James Schramko shares tips that can help businesses attract more customers and increase conversion rates. He begins his video by welcoming members of SuperFastResults who have migrated to FastWebFormula, an Internet business coaching forum community headed by Schramko himself. This migration brings the total number of FastWebFormula members close to 400, a milestone that Schramko states he is very proud to share.

The Internet marketing authority follows this short announcement by telling audiences what live chat system they can choose to use on their website. Schramko shares that he uses LiveChatInc because it allows seamless message integration with the company’s help desk system. Schramko shares more details on the benefits of live chat systems:

“It shows us where people came from before they got to our site. I can [also] watch people on the site moving around even when it’s not switched on, so it’s a really good scalable and flexible system. You can get a lot offline messages pushing to your helpdesk and if you have services or information products, that’s a great way to get more sales,” Schramko states.

Besides streamlining customer relations with live chat systems, Schramko shares that other ways to increase conversions include placing a Skype button on websites or even using voicemail:

“Just put a Skype button on your website. If you’re going to be near your computer and you have Skype on, you can actually take phone calls… Of course you can go to voicemail if you have that on your phone. So if you’re not on Skype [and] you’re not on your phone, you can still do the pre-recorded call,” Schramko shares.

He then proceeds by giving audiences a tip on minimizing losses from currency conversions. Schramko stresses that taking advantage of exchange rates can lead to considerable savings in the long run:

“If you’re handling multiple currencies, speak to your bank, speak to your merchant facility and figure out the best way to handle that currency in terms of timing, so that you can actually play the right exchange rates and then when you do exchange that, you get the best market rates available to you,” advises Schramko.

Now the words in that post are bringing me huge amounts of traffic on all sorts of phrases that I don’t actually go and research, I just talk and the words that we use are the most relevant search words,” Schramko shares.

Video transcriptions, states Schramko, are also a good way to secure audiences who prefer communication channels other than videos. He states that offering multiple modalities can increase the ability of a business to reach its customers.
