'This study looked at AT&T Mobility, Verizon Wireless, Sprint and T-Mobile,' says technology industry analyst Jeff Kagan.
Atlanta, GA (PRWEB) August 14, 2014
AT&T was selected as the highest ranking wireless carrier in this year's J.D. Power 2014 Wireless Purchase Satisfaction Study, according to this press release from AT&T, Aug 13.
Industry analyst Jeff Kagan offers comment.
This is the third consecutive year AT&T has scored the highest ranking in this J.D. Power study.
This study is the J.D. Power 2014 Full Service Wireless Purchase Experience Study, Volume 2. This evaluates the overall customer experience in stores, online and by phone.
“Congratulations to AT&T for winning this years J.D. Power 2014 Wireless Purchase Satisfaction Study. This is the third year in a row that AT&T has won this award. That says quite a bit about their quality, reliability, pricing and general customer satisfaction,” says wireless analyst Jeff Kagan.
“AT&T has been working to improve their customer experience and apparently their efforts are being noticed and rewarded both by customers and now by J.D. Power,” says technology analyst Kagan.
“AT&T Mobility, Verizon Wireless, Sprint and T-Mobile were all in the running. The wireless industry grows and changes and so do the leaders. They all work hard to improve the customer experience. AT&T has definitely been getting better every year according to their customers. And for the last three years, AT&T ranks number one according to J.D. Power. Not bad at all,” says telecom analyst Kagan.
