Kolter Homes adds over 60 years experience in residential real estate with the addition of Curtis Ring, Steve Griggs and Mark Bines.

Kolter Homes recently hired three new Vice Presidents, Curtis Ring, Steve Griggs and Mark Bines. Together, they bring over 60 years experience in residential real estate.

Curtis Ring joins Kolter Homes as Vice President of Construction. He will oversee all of Kolter Homes’ construction and field operations in Florida, Georgia and South Carolina. Ring brings over 30 years of industry experience and most recently managed construction operations for DiVosta Homes throughout Florida.

Steve Griggs will represent Kolter Homes as Vice President in Northwest Florida. Griggs will oversee NatureWalk at Seagrove located on Florida’s Emerald Coast and will focus on expanding Kolter’s regional presence in Northwest Florida. He brings over 15 years of experience in the industry and was recently a Senior Project Manager overseeing resort and high-rise projects for WCI Communities.

Mark Bines will represent Kolter Homes as Vice President in Central Florida. Bines will oversee Victoria Park in DeLand and Grande Oaks at Heathrow in Lake Mary. Bines is also responsible for growing Kolter’s regional presence within Central Florida. Bines brings with him 15 years of experience in real estate and was most recently a principal at Florida Residential Communities in Maitland.
