LLamasoft's newest phase of software functionality will to streamline the decision-making process for supply chain strategic planning.

Phase 1 of this four-phase plan was released in December 2008. This first development phase involved a complete redesign of the Supply Chain GuruTM system architecture, setting the foundation for all of the new product features being developed in Phases Two through Four.
Phase 2 of this plan was completed in late April and has already been released to all existing customers and consulting partners. This newest phase of functionality is meant to streamline the decision-making process for supply chain strategic planning. The release offers key enhancements that accelerate the supply chain model building process, simplify data management, and improve the user's analysis and reporting options.

- Input Pipes - An innovative technology that simplifies and speeds the collection, updating, and maintenance of key data elements used for optimization and simulation analysis. Input Pipes enable users to integrate directly with key enterprise data such as transportation costs for source/destination/products or product/plant production costs to create automated data flows into Supply Chain GuruTM.
- Enhanced Visualization & Reporting - The latest version of Supply Chain GuruTM includes enhanced native reports and graphing capabilities, enabling a user to design, name, and save their own custom reports and graphs. This new version also includes integration with Tableau™, a market leader in business intelligence reporting. Supply Chain Guru™ now ships with over 75 pre-configured Supply Chain GuruTM scenario analysis reports and over 200 pre-configured reporting workbooks that can be used by any Tableau™ licensee to visualize supply chain planning information.
- Project Navigator - Users can now customize their data views and sequence the analytical workflow for a project. For example, users can hide or re-sequence modeling data elements to create a unique and simplified modeling interface. These preferences can then be saved, to promote a faster and more efficient workflow and user experience.

Phases 3 & 4 are scheduled for parallel release on August 1st. These final two phases represent the complete LLamasoft vision for a next generation of Supply Chain Strategic Modeling applications. The revolutionary new features in Phases 3 & 4 have already been implemented by many of LLamasoft's existing clients for pre-release testing. An introduction of the completed product suite and review of client case examples is scheduled for media and analyst groups in early July.
