Laser Xpressions Inc. Finalizes Acquisition of Lasersphere 3D
The acquisition of Chicago-based Lasersphere 3D gives Laser Xpression's customers access to additional technologies, products and services.
Freehold, NJ (PRWEB) March 27, 2007 -- Laser Xpressions, Inc., a leading provider of quality laser-engraved corporate gifts and personalized gifts, today announced it has completed its acquisition of Chicago-based Lasersphere 3D.
 The acquisition process began last year and was recently approved and finalized. Under the terms of the agreement, Lasersphere 3D's Illinois warehouse will remain open through 2007 and its production facility will be immediately relocated to Laser Xpressions' Freehold, New Jersey headquarters.
Lasersphere 3D specialized in laser engraving two- and three-dimensional images inside crystal corporate awards and corporate gifts.
