Allen Precision Equipment, a member of the Leica Geosystems Family, has entered into an agreement to acquire Advanced Lasers and Instruments.

Advanced Lasers, headquartered in Indianapolis, Indiana, is a leading provider of machine control and surveying products for measuring professionals in Indiana, Southern Ohio and Northern Kentucky. Technologies such as reference station networks, robotics, GPS and machine control systems are the core business of this market leading organization.
