Four workshops and the popular marketer-exclusive peer-to-peer networking roundtable sessions have been announced for the highly anticipated 6th annual Loyalty Expo, presented by Loyalty 360 – The Loyalty Marketer’s Association. The event is scheduled for March 20-22, 2013, at the Renaissance Orlando at SeaWorld in Orlando, Florida.
Four entertaining and informative workshops - focused on customer relationships, engagement and loyalty, will be held on Wednesday, March 20.
The first workshop scheduled for 1 p.m., “Customer Intelligence Made Easy: A Step by Step Methodology to Building Profitable Customer Relationships” will be presented by Connie Hill, President and Founder of VeraCentra; David Resnick, Vice President Technology Solutions, VeraCentra. This workshop will focus on how to use data to attain meaningful customer intelligence and will help attendees better identify opportunities and strategies to create and maintain profitable customer relationships.
The second workshop, also scheduled for 1 p.m., is titled, “Turning Likes into Buys: How to Convert Your Digital Community into Paying & Loyal Customers.”
Every marketer wants to know the secret behind determining actual ROI on social media efforts. Workshop attendees will learn how to: launch an all digital and card-free loyalty and rewards program; publish digital coupons direct to a social community’s supermarket and manage a daily deal wallet. Bob Gold, CEO of Gold Mobile, and a mobile commerce expert, will be the featured speaker.
The third workshop, “Driving Innovation in Loyalty – An Integrated Solution of Issuer Rewards and Merchant Offers” is slated for 3 p.m.
Nandan Mer, Group Executive for MasterCard Global Loyalty Solutions, and Jennifer Millard, Merchant Lead for Truaxis, a MasterCard Worldwide Company, will discuss how issuers and merchants can create robust rewards and offer programs that bring consumers value based on their preferences.
Also scheduled for 3 p.m., “Loyalty 3.0: Avoiding the Engagement Cliff and Driving Sustained Engagement through Gamification” presented by Barry Kirk, Sr. Director of Digital Strategy, and Joseph Cole, Sr. Digital Strategist of Bunchball. Attendees participating in Bunchball’s game thinking workshop will explore engagement design and application of game mechanics and dynamics to motivate critical customer and employee behaviors.
Back by popular demand is the marketer-only peer-to-peer networking roundtables scheduled for 4:30 p.m. on Thursday, March 21. Loyalty Expo is the only show of its kind with dedicated marketer-only networking roundtable session.
