Birmingham, AL (PRWEB) July 26, 2012

A Mutual Savings Credit Union member from Alexander City has been named the winner of a gift card presented to a randomly-selected participant of a phone survey. Linda Johnson won the first drawing conducted by the credit union after a cutting-edge survey system was implemented in June.

After conducting a transaction in a Mutual Savings branch, MSCU members can participate in the telephone survey by dialing a toll-free number and inputting a code found at the bottom of the member’s transaction receipt. The members respond to questions pertaining to their level of satisfaction regarding the employee that provided the service and similar questions relating to the member’s transaction.

Mutual Savings Credit Union officials say that the information gathered from the surveys is put to good use.

“We use the responses from the members to gauge our performance in our branches,” said Sonja Purvis, Chief Marketing and Development Officer for Mutual Savings. “The information also helps us know how well our products improve the member’s experience with us.”

Johnson’s name was drawn from more than 40 participants since the survey system was first promoted in June and was presented with a $25 gift card last week at the Mutual Savings location in Alexander City. The credit union plans on presenting a new survey participant with a gift card each month.
