Marlin Bay Yacht Club, the Florida Key's premier private marina community, announces it will host holiday open house events where attendees will tour the newly completed model home and Phase One of the community.
With its 180 degree sunset views, the model home is the first completed residence of phase one, which includes thirteen homes, the marina, Sunset Point observation tower, Dockmaster's Building and a 7,600-square-foot clubhouse and pool pavilion.
