Think Fast! Mensa Testing Day 2008

On Oct. 18, 2008, local Mensa chapters nationwide will be hosting Mensa Testing Day 2008.

Arlington, TX (Vocus/PRWEB ) October 2, 2008 -- The Flash™ always said he was the fastest man alive, but could he “Think Fast!” with American Mensa? On Oct. 18, 2008, local Mensa chapters nationwide will be hosting Mensa Testing Day 2008. Anyone who scores in the top two percent on the Mensa Admission Test will be invited to join the organization.

American Mensa currently has more than 56,000 members nationwide, but more than 6 million Americans are qualified to join the organization

Our members benefit from the interaction with like-minded individuals, whether it is through the national and local events, community service or a Special Interest Group (SIGs), and many have created life-long friendships by belonging to American Mensa. Mensa Testing Day provides the public with an opportunity to get a glimpse of that fun, and to see if they qualify to join.

Mensa local groups participate in local and national social events, community service, and can join any of the organization’s 161 SIGs. The 134 local chapters of American Mensa host a wide range of activities every month, including lectures, game nights or a restaurant gathering.

American Mensa is an organization open to anyone who scores in the top two percent on an accepted, standardized intelligence test. The organization has more than 56,000 members in the United States and more than 110,000 members around the world.
