Bea - The Mercy Cardiac Fitness Center in Janesville recently received Pulmonary Rehabilitation Program certification by the American Association of Cardiovascular and Pulmonary Rehabilitation (AACVPR). The certification indicates that Mercy's Pulmonary Rehabilitation Programs meet strict quality health care standards by AACVPR.
Pulmonary rehabilitation programs are designed to help people with pulmonary problems recover faster and improve their quality of life. Mercy Cardiac Fitness Center programs include not only exercise, but education, counseling and support for patients and their families.
