NYC Ecstatic Groove Group, Michael Bellar & the AS-IS Ensemble, to play two nights in Miami at PAX, Performing Arts EXchange and The Van Dyke Café.

Michael Bellar & the AS-IS Ensemble will bring their high energy ecstatic groove music to Bishop's Lounge Friday 10/12 at 10pm. Since the release of their last CD, "Turned On Turned Up" in 2009, Michael Bellar and the AS-IS Ensemble have played over 160 shows, "...turning heads and blowing minds across the country." - Vermont 7 Days. Their latest CD, "Oh No Oh Wow", draws from over two hours of newly recorded music and includes both originals by Michael Bellar and completely re-worked covers from artists as varied as Fleet Foxes, Jimi Hendrix, Leonard Cohen and Bob Marley.
