Before joining Montage, Hammond served as President of Wonderlic, a leading provider of assessments and surveys for the hiring and student selection process serving thousands of organizations worldwide. There, Hammond led the company through successive years of substantial revenue and profit growth. Hammond’s background includes ten years of executive leadership within the human capital services and staffing industries. Prior to Wonderlic, he was part of the executive leadership team for a $200 million subsidiary of Reader’s Digest and was a co-founder of PeopleBonus, a recruitment services firm focused on technology solutions.
Hammond earned a B.A. in Communications from Bradley University and an M.B.A. in Marketing from the Kellstadt Graduate School of Business at DePaul University.
